Leben CS300XS $4999
CS-300XS is equipped with EL-84s, which are well known for high sound quality. The high input sensitivity of the EL84 does not require a complicated circuit and accordingly, it has a low distortion output signal.
EL84 is produced in several countries, however, in the CS-300XS a premium EL84 by Sovtek is used which ensures high sound quality. If you can find some NOS Mullard EL84s, then you will find some magic!
For the driver circuit, a GENERAL ELECTRIC 5751 (premium version of 12AX7A) tube is used which has passed the JAN (Joint Army & Navy) standard of the U.S. Army and has a very stable and reliable quality.

For those who need more power, Leben has the CS600 integrated amplifier with a choice of 28 or 32 watts of wonderful tube power, depending on which tubes are used. Using a selector switch, you can use either 6L6GC for 32 watts, or 6CA7 (EL34) for 28 watts, with LED indicators to show which are used.
Its a full function integrated amplifier, and it can even be used as a power amplifier through a preamp-in terminal.
Retro look reminiscent of older McIntosh and Luxman equipment, but with a wide-range and flat frequency response up to 100Khz, ready for future digital audio formats.
It even has a Bass Boost switch!
TWO SELECTIONS OF OUTPUT TUBES: 6L6GC (5881) AND OPTIONAL 6CA7 (EL34) TUBES
By switching two selectors inside the case, you can use either 6L6GC or 6CA7 (EL34) tubes, and LED lights on the front panel will indicate which tubes are applied.

“PREAMP-IN” terminals on the rear panel allow you to use CS-600 as a power amplifier.
By switching a selector on the front panel, you can bypass all the functions except the volume control.

Leben CS660P Power Amplifier $12500 (Discontinued)
One of Mr.Hyodo’s favorite KT66 based power amplifiers is the QUAD II, (The QUAD II has recently been re-launched due to the demand from audiophiles). Mr. Hyodo has now decided to design a new power amplifier using the same KT66 tube but incorporating high-end audio grade components, far superior to those used in the original QUAD design.
TWO CHOICES OF OUTPUT TUBES: KT-66 AND OPTIONAL 6CA7(EL34)
By switching two selectors inside of the cabinet, you can use either KT-66 or 6CA7(EL34), a LED indicator at the foot of each tube will change its color and show you which tube is in use. You also can use several other tubes of different sound flavours. (Refer to the Tube List)
STEREO/MONO SELECTOR SWITCH
You can use CS-660P as a monaural power amplifier by changing the selector switch giving an 80W output power.(40W x 2 when used as a stereo power amp.)

Leben RS100U Preamplifier $7000
The latest pre amp from Leben.
The line amplifier circuit consists of special selected Dual-Triode Tube 6CG7(General Electric/USA) to improve high-frequency response of the sound, and can supply a strong output signal of 52V to the power amplifier.
For supplying the heater of 6CG7 tubes, DC current(12V) is applied to minimize the noise of heating, and additionally, 60V bias is applied to cancel the noise caused from the heater.
Custom-made Carbon Film Resistors of +/-3% error margin are used to have a more natural and smooth sound instead of normal Metal Film Resistor of +/-1% error margin which makes the sound more hard and stiff.
A direct input terminal goes directly to the volume control to transmit a pure signal without passing via the contact points of the selector switch, therefore, a superior result is obtained when a phono preamplifier or a CD player is used through the Direct Input.
Leben use for the direct input circuit the highest audio-grade PCOCC-A shielded wire produced by Oyaide Electric Co to achieve the purest signal transmission.
